A dreamlike train ride through South Tyrol
The Bolzano train station is just a few minutes’ walk from Bolzano’s old town and it’s a 5-minute walk to the Renon cable car station. This will take you up the mountain to our warm and inviting Chalet Grumer. Please buy only a one way cable-car-ticket to Soprabolzano. At the Chalet you get the Renon Card to use all the public transport for free during your stay.
The Bolzano train station is ideal for arriving and departing as it’s very centrally located and easy to reach from many places like Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, Milan or Rome.
Another advantage of the Bolzano train station is its good connection to Bolzano’s exhibition hall in the south of the city, which is just one train stop away.
You can access the train station without having to pass through any barriers.
