On the ground floor, you’ll find the communal rooms that you’re free to use. These include a cosy living room with a small library, a dining room with a welcoming tiled stove and a South Tyrolean snug where you can read, play chess or simply sit together. This living area is the ideal place to invite your guests to indulge in some afternoon coffee and cake and enjoy time together.

Our wonderfully warm and pleasant wellness & spa area is the ideal place for you and your loved ones to spend quality time. When you book our alpine holiday villa in South Tyrol, our spacious wellness area is exclusively available to you and your guests.
Swim in the lit indoor pool in an Alpine barn setting, with a hydro-flow system and underwater massage jets. Use the Technogym fitness equipment for a little workout in the gym or relax on the comfortable loungers in the cosy relaxation room to experience deep relaxation.
Treat yourself to refreshing drinks and healthy fruit at the Vital Bar. Reinvigorate your senses after a sauna by drinking the cool mountain water from our Dolomite Fountain. The bio-sauna, classic Finnish sauna and relaxing steam room guarantee peace and relaxation in the most intimate setting.

Our English lawn has many private places and romantic lounge areas where you can sip an aperitif as the sun goes down. During the daytime, soak up the warm sunshine, breathe in the fresh mountain air and marvel at the fabulous Dolomite views.
You’ll also love the surrounding countryside at Chalet Grumer. Our sunny Renon mountain has over 200km of hiking trails and the sun shines on average for 300 days a year when you come on your Italian villa holidays. This is ideal for gentle, romantic walks on the panoramic trails, as well as for more demanding mountain hikes.
Your personal hotel concierge and host, Philip, will be very happy to tell you about the numerous activities and sights on the Renon, including those in Bolzano, the region’s capital city, and throughout the wider South Tyrolean countryside. You can also leave your car safely parked in our car park with surveillance and let our supplementary chauffeur-driven limousine service take you through the fabulous South Tyrolean landscape.
In addition to the many beautiful places to visit and various travel options on the Renon and in South Tyrol, our private helipad is also there for you to use free of charge. Land your helicopter on site or take the opportunity to be picked up and go on a breath-taking flight to see the South Tyrolean landscape from the air.
